Volume pricing

Submissions of 10+ samples per shipment receive a 15% discount. Submissions of 25+ samples receive 25% off. Standing-account customers with monthly volume commitments are eligible for custom pricing — contact us for terms.

• Lot-traceable Verify ID (format CB-2026-XXXXXX-XXXX) — searchable at charterbioanalytics.com/verify
• Analyst + technical reviewer signatures with date stamps
• Method number and last calibration date on the report
• Long-term archive — reports stay verifiable for 7 years minimum

Rush turnaround

Next-business-day return is available for Identity and Endotoxin-Only tiers for a 50% rush surcharge. Submit before 11 AM MT to qualify. Rush is not available for Comprehensive or Blend Comprehensive tiers.

What we don't test

Charter is focused on peptide identity, purity, mass, and endotoxin. We do not currently offer:

• Heavy-metal testing (ICP-MS)
• Microbial / bioburden testing (USP <61>)
• Residual-solvent testing (GC-FID/MS)
• Stability programs (long-term storage studies)
